Chef Fabio Silva is pleased to present the different menus of the Derby Grill. Each dish is the perfect balance between the gastronomic traditions of the Lombard territory and the Chef’s Campania origins, revisited with creativity and innovation, according to the guidelines of the international culinary scene.
Open for lunch from Monday to Friday from 12.30 pm to 2 pm
and for dinner from Monday to Saturday from 7.30 pm to 10 pm
