What characterises my cuisine today is the choice of quality, seasonal products, prepared with lightness and attention to detail. I love experimenting with cutting-edge cooking methods and always seek new sources of inspiration from every corner of Italy and beyond. I let myself be guided by my personal taste and that of the people I love to find the perfect balance between flavour, authenticity and creativity.
