The day dedicated to Love has a certain kind of charm; the location to live the event in is important too and for this reason the most exclusive hotel of the city opens its door to sentimentals.

Everybody knows that Valentine’s Day in Monza is a synonym for Hotel de la Ville that – like every year – has arranged a special evening inside the magnificent Sala Reale, thanks to the creativity of the kitchen brigade. For 2018 also, young and talented chef Fabio Silva created a special 4-course menu to celebrate love. Mixing high quality ingredients and playing with taste contrasts, Derby Grill restaurant chef prepared a real gourmet journey.
